I am not the type to complain about my health problems, and I am most certainly not one to go about writing product reviews. This changed, however, the day I started searching for cures to my tinnitus, only to come up short. The truth is that there are lots of systems online that advertise themselves as effective cures, but the one thing that they haven't been for me is effective. One day, a friend recommended Banish Tinnitus. When I learned that it is an ebook, all the alarm bells went ringing in my head. How could an ebook help me with a health problem? Shouldn't I be hitting drugstores instead of reading? Is there really anything this ebook can tell me that my doctor hasn't told me already?
I am writing this Banish Tinnitus review to share my personal experience with the product.
Banish Tinnitus Pros
Banish Tinnitus Cons
What I find most interesting and helpful about Banish Tinnitus is its emphasis on pain management through lifestyle changes, environmental changes, homeopathy, and herbal remedies. In other word, it encourages you to fight the problem by becoming healthier instead of making a beeline for the nearest drugstore. This is a good thing because as it turns out, many of the drugs we take actually cause ringing of the ears! For instance, tinnitus is a recognized side-effect of the '-mycin' family of antibiotics, a few anti-cancer agents, anti-depressants (Imipramin, for instance), certain diuretics, several anti-inflammatory medications, and aspirin taken in high doses.
Another thing that I like about the program is that it points out that it may be stress-not any physical problem specifically-that is causing the pain. The problem with most medical practitionees is that they are quick-much too quick-to assume that physical pain is caused by physical defect. This is not always the case. In many cases, the cause of pain could be psychological or behavioral. Stress, for instance, has been found to affect the body negatively. In fact, it is now a widely accepted fact that unhealthy levels of stress put the body through so much internal pressure that it breaks down when it shouldn't, resulting in health problems or aggravating existing ones. Otherwise healthy people get sick because they worry excessively. This is why many doctors are now making behavior therapy a part of their treatment. When you learn to control stress, you reduce the wear and tear that you put your body parts through.
This brings me back to why I am writing this review. I have found Banish Tinnitus helpful. Would I recommend it to friends and family? I would, but only after telling them that while it has helped me immensely, Banish Tinnitus is not for everyone. It is only for sufferers whose condition is caused by acoustic trauma, stress, or sinus difficulties. If you are suffering any or all of these three, then by all means try the ebook's three-step approach. It worked for me. Moreover, I find this a very good approach because many medical experts encourage cognitive behavior therapy for conditions that medical science is yet to fully understand. Tinnitus is one of them.
One of the cure that brings tinnitus to an end is the Banish Tinnitus ebook. For more information, please visit the Banish Tinnitus review website now.
